The staff was helpful, efficient. It was in a central location, central to shops. Do n't forget to explore Hotel district.

I loved this hotel : staff and food. The property had a great restaurant for the food in the restaurant.

The hotel was fairly clean and descent, had exceptional views of the ocean. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory and incredible, appreciated its service.

The location was pretty bad.

Nice stay, as always. The hotel was sublime and exceptionally clean with spectacular views of beach and pool. All of the staff members were efficient and hospitable.

Perfectly comfortable location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a modern museum. The staff was gentle and was quick to help. Breakfast was really tasty, boiled eggs, sausages, cheese, hot waffles and jam - all reasonably priced. Very quick check in and top-notch service.

The hotel was tidy, the rooms were average sized with amazing views. Spectacular location in the business area. Cold wines and tea in the English bar, perfect parking place.

This is surely the best good family hotel, chearful staff, convenient rooms. Nice sized suite and extra comfortable bed. Location is superb, just a short stroll away from Oasis Arena. We would recommend this place...

museo maya de cancun and other tourist spots were really close to this hotel. venue district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

Here we were near to few of our favorite spots such as museo maya de cancun. We loved it. 25 minutes' drive to the airport.
